Grilled Squid

Marinaded and grilled cephalopod that can be a salad topper or a main dish.

  • 1Clean squid, carefully removing the beaks. Cut open the tubes into flat steaks.
  • 2Combine all other ingredients into a marinade and coat the squid. Allow marinade to permeate, at least 30 minutes. Do not leave the squid in for more than an hour.
  • 3Thread the tentacles onto a wooden skewer that has been soaked in water. Grill skewer and steaks, about 2 minutes each side on preheated grill. Serve while still hot.
