  • 1Wash and separate stems from leaves. Chop stems into 1 inch segments Chop leaved into 1 inch ribbons
  • 2Heat 2 T oil in a large pan on medium heat. Add stems – cook for 5-10 minutes till soft, add leaves – cook till wilted. Stir in garlic and cook 30 more seconds.
  • 3Add lemon juice to taste then remove from heat, add lemon and adjust seasoning and serve.
